To easily locate images from Sales Manager, you can use these methods:
1. Create folders in Image Hosting to store your images in a labeled folder format. You can create as many folders as you need, and if you only have 1,000 images per folder you should be able to use the "quick find" function to search the list without having to change pages.
2. Use the "Search" view instead of the "List View" to find your images. You will be able to use the Search function to search all folders and easily locate your images.
The default folder in Image Hosting is the "Unfiled" folder. Unless you change this in your Image Hosting preferences, you will always open the Unfiled folder when you access Image Hosting. If you have created other folders and saved your images to them, and you have not reset your Image Hosting default folder, when you open your Image Hosting page it will appear that you have no images uploaded.
You will be able to tell what folder you're in by looking for the folder title above the image list, or checking the left navigation bar to see what folder icon is open.
If you want to change your default folder to something other than Unfiled, you can do this in Image Hosting preferences. You can access this under My Account -> Image Hosting -> General Preferences. When you set a new default, the folder you choose will be the folder that opens automatically when you go to Image Hosting and when you upload (if you do not designate a different folder.)
