Is anyone else having problems creating a new listing?
Everything is fine until I get to the window "Receiving image () of 253/) bytes/sec): pagination_right.gif" Then it hangs. If I hit stop, part of the text comes up, but never farther than the picture preview and there are no images listed in the little box.
Any ideas on what's wrong? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi Michelle,
Are you trying to upload 253 images at once? If so, please try uploading fewer images, as your connection may have trouble with a large amount of image data. If you are unable to load fewer images please let us know how you accessed image hosting, what browser/version you're using, and your connection type.

No. My images loaded just fine. This happens when I try to create an auction listing.
I go through the "Create New Listing"/ find my category number, hit "continue". The next window in the process comes; I get the Vendio header and then everything just stops. The little wheel keeps going round and round - I walked away for 15 minutes and it was still going round when I got back. It appears not to be finding the "pagination_right.gif" that should be coming from Vendio.
I'm using a MacG4, Internet Explorer. I'm not new to Vendio, but I haven't listed anything in a few weeks... I came back to find lots of changes (quite nice, btw) but now it isn't working for me! I've never had problems before so...??

Hi Michelle,
Ok, sorry about that. The error was a bit strange (never heard of that one before. ) I believe the problem may be related to your browser version. It looks like you're using IE 5.0, which is an unsupported version. You might want to consider upgrading your browser version, or maybe using another browser such as Firefox or Safari. You can find an outline of supported browsers on our site info page:
http://www.vendio.com/help/sitemap.html
The recent updates to our site have probably caused a browser incompatibility issue that did not exist before.
Let us know if upgrading and/or using an alternate browser does not help.
