For my closed item 5126054414 , the counter detail is all zeros and for the wrong dates.
Auction started 9/23, ended 9/24.

How do I see the correct counters by day for this auction?

Hi there,

Sorry for the troubles. I can see what you're saying about that count being off for the dates. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to retrieve that data. I will file this bug with the engineers, but I don't believe we will be able to see your accurate count for that listing.

Yes, I do have another question -

Do you know why this happened and what needs to be done to avoid it in the future?

I will be really disappointed if the daily tallies are not available as I find this information very useful.
