I would like to insert a clickable link to my eBay store in my post sale Shipment Notification email. Do I need to add some sort of html to make sure it shows up as clickable? All I can see when trying to check how it looks is regular black print, but I have no way of being sure how it will appear to a customer and if it will actually be clickable.
Thanks,
Susan

Hi there,
Thanks for your email. You really should have to add any HTML for it to show up as a link. Almost all email addresses now automatically make the links clickable. In fact, adding HTML, might not be a good idea, because it might be filtered as junk mail faster.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

I'd like to know this too but I am afraid I don't understand what you have said, Bob!
You really should have to add any HTML for it to show up as a link - is that SHOULD or SHOULD NOT??
Almost all email addresses now automatically make the links clickable - email addresses? You mean ISP's or what? the link we would like to provide is a clickable link to ebay store..like the one in my signature line below ....

Just to let you know, in the copy of the last post that was sent to my email, the link http://stores.ebay.com/Moody-Mommys-Marvelous-Postcards did not show up as a clickable link.
Now I will paste mine here and see what happens when it comes through the email.
