When I relist an auction back to E-Bay, pics are not showing up in the auction. They show up in the quick-preview prior to re-listing. This has been happening since this past week with Vendio altering the pic storage system. Many E-Bay users may have auctions listed with no pics in them and not realize it. The thumbnail/gallery pic shows up, but nothing else. I had to revise 25 plus auctions today.
Engineering is aware of this problem and I believe a fix is in the works. I am checking on this and will let you know ASAP when I have more information.
Since this has been happening for at least several days, and has been reported by several users on this and other threads, and is a "known problem" ---
How about posting an Announcement to alert others to the problem?
Any workarounds?
Any ETA on a fix?
We are working on finding the cause of this bug -- it does not seem to be affecting everyone at this time. Can you give us as much information about this as you can? We would like to know is this happening for all relists, or only for those that you edit prior to relisting? Please let us know step by step what you do when relisting the item that launches without its images.
Also if you can let us know if you have any other software running on your computer (such as pop up blockers, any browser toolbars, etc), that would be great.

I haven't done a lot of relistings and wasn't taking detailed notes at the time but I'll try to remember...
The two relists that I did have problems with were both relisted on 9/25. I haven't done any relists since then, and hadn't done any for several days before that. (The earlier ones got the pics ok, but the counters are misbehaving - that story is on a different thread)
I don't think that I edited either one before the relist, but I may have hit "edit" to verify details like duration & gallery selection, and if so, I may have hit "save" instead of "return".
Yes I have lots of other things running on my system. I use Opera 7.
