When I issue a credit for a customer on multiple purchases in my Vendio check out...my customer cannot pay through PayPal because they do not reflect the credit? Any solutions?

Hi Patty,
You would need to ask your customer to go to PayPal and initiate a payment directly to you for the new amount. I would like to take a look at this actually, do you have an item number you can provide us with? Are you regularly issuing credits to customers or is this just in exceptional cases?
