Everytime Vendio does an upgrade you say it is because we wanted it (Not for sure who but someone) like the new interface that has pull down menus 1/4" from the listing screen so your mouse can always move over and have the pull downs appear when you are trying to type a listing. I am still searching the post boards to see when someone requested this.
Stuff I would like to see.
1. Support for Ebays shipping calculator. Enough already about cutting and pasting in an auction. Ebays shipping calc is great and we should have that service.
2. Three screens to get a shipping tracking number status and then I have to enter my email. If we put the number when the item is shipped, can't the system do an autotrack and then check off number 8 when it shows as delivered. I bought this up before, still willing to enter anything in the name and email field when I do the tracking so it would come back as an autoupdate.
3. ISBN lookup for Ebay. Great feature for mass listing books as long as you don't plan to use Vendio.
4. Vendio Account payments via Paypal. Every week when my auctions end I pay all my Ebay fees and postage through paypal. Why can't you accept it.
5. Amazon Marketplace support, of course this goes back to ISBN lookup which probably isn't going to happen.
6. Search for the community boards.
All in all I love the services I get through you guys and gals. Although whoever came up with the interface should be fired on the spot.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with the flyout menus. These were implemented to save room and improve navigation, and in preparation for future releases.
I would be happy to pass along your feedback and requests - I know that we have some new projects in the works that should address some if not most of the issues you raised.

Hi Diana ... Vendio, AND ebay, both need some work on "views' of certain pages NOT "wrapping" well, to have EVERYTHING showing on said page .... you have a couple pages where certain VERY important options 'buttons' or 'links' appear so far over to the right, that we need to scroll over there to enact them ..... (i am telling ebay about this on their end too) ... this detriment causes too many glitches when one doesn't realize that the 'next' page they're on, shows a scroll bar that we are supposed to scroll over to the right to grab it or view it. .. its too easy to to miss a scroll bar showing up on the bottom of screen, suddenly .... thanks.

First, shipping calculators are a MUST! A grown-up interface to UPS Worldship would be really useful.
In addition to the above and other posts in this thread:
I'd like to see more support for those of us who are integrating software of our own with Vendio (or trying to). It would be extremely helpful, "enabling" as they say, to have access to some kind of identifier for current auctions (a SKU, a special tag, whatever).
The way this would be used is:
1. I create my listing in SM Pro; including the identifier ABC123 in some field.
2. I upload the auction.
3. The auction begins at its scheduled time.
4. I download (optimal) or screen-scrape off the All Active screen (less good but still useful) the auction number and the identifier.
5. My software can now populate the auction number field associated with item ABC123. Additional software can now do all sorts of things, since it has the auction number.
This would address the one remaining "unnecessarily manual" step in my process.
By the way, did I mention that shipping calculators are a MUST?
