I signed up for a free trial of Sales Manager about a week ago but have been unable to log in - it keeps saying I have no EBay account - but then when I try to enter my EBay username and password, it says I already have an account and I cannot get further than that screen! I have sent several emails to Customer Service, trying to get this resolved - but NO ANSWER. And I cannot find a way to unsubscribe. Could somebody please tell me how to either fix this or unsubscribe? Thanks

Dear Joanne,
We received your email sent on 9/28, and responded to this email on 9/29. Please check your SPAM filter to make sure you are able to accept emails from Vendio.
Can you tell us what your eBay ID is? The error indicates that you already have the ID stored in another Vendio account.

Hi Diana-Thanks for your response, but I am positive I was able to accept emails from Vendio and did not receive any.
My eBay ID is joannewalp. I don't know why I keep getting the error message that I already have another Vendio account. Thanks for your help, Joanne

Hi Joanne,
I do find another account with your eBay ID entered in it. The account name is 'jowalp', the registration date is 9/29/1999. The registered email address is an erols.com address - if you don't have access to this email address, we can move the eBay ID into your new account. Otherwise, you are all set with the old account and should be able to retrieve the password using the "I forgot my password" link on the login page.
