Hi-
I need a simple answer.
I only use the image hosting service. 12.95 per month is what I have paid.
I just received a bill for 22.90.
I need to know what the monthly bill will be flat out. Image hosting only.
Please Note:-I save all my emails and have not been notified previously of this pricing change. -K
It says $22.90 because the projected Image Hosting fee you would receive is included. Check back on your billing cycle date and you will see that the fee for Image Hosting will be credited. You pay the bigger of the two (Sales Manager and Image Hosting) and since your Sales Manager fees are a base of $12.95 per month and the Image Hosting plan you are on is $9.95 per month, the $9.95 gets credited at the end of your billing cycle.
If you log into your account right now and click on your previous month's billing, you'll see that there was a prorated fee there for image hosting that got credited since it was less than your Sales Manager fees. This is what you'll see each month so let me know if you have any other questions about this.

Sonya-
Thank you but I still don't get it.
I need to know what the monthly fee will be if I just use the image hosting as I had been. I need to know the bottom line here.
Thank you-

Hi Kevin,
You will receive a $9.95 credit toward image hosting fees at the end of your next billing cycle. If you are on the $12.95 per month Sales Manager plan, and your Image Hosting plan is only $9.95 per month, you will not be charged the $9.95 - this will be credited back to you at the end of the billing cycle.
This billing cycle the fees look higher than normal because Image Hosting (like our other services) is prepaid. This is the only billing cycle in which you will receive the higher bill, however, because subsequent billing cycles the credit for Image Hosting will appear to offset the fee.
