We are new at using Vendio and were wondering how the combined shipping works we have put in a price for additional shipping, assuming this is for combined shipping but is it per item or will be an additional $1 for all other items purchased? Then how does the WBN do combined shipping as now we do our e-mails manually and manually combine shipping before e-mailing the winner? Finally how does one go about doing automatic feedback?
Combined shipping works two ways -- you can combine an order yourself for a customer and set up your combine shipping prices during that process, or when a customer checks out of one item, the others he won are combined with that one item and the discount is applied. You have the shopping cart turned on for combining items won within the last five days.
Unfortunately we do not have an automatic feedback feature at this time. I will log a request for this on your behalf.
