Since I have different international sales that I disabled the automatic WBN email feature to correct the international shipping rate. However, everytime the item sold, wbn sends out automatically. Can you take a look at my setting and tell me where I went wrong?
If you had active items when you disabled this, the active items likely had auto WBN turned on for them already. Disabling the auto WBN option only applies to auctions launched after turning it off.
In order to deactivate auto-WBN for your current active auctions, go to Sales Manager -> All Active. Select all listings and then click the "Set WBN" button at the top of the list. On the next screen you will see the on/off status in the far righthand column - use the on/off button on the top of the list to reset the auto-WBN status.
