Why has Vendio chosen such a method of fee calculation for the image fees? Other than an immediate inflow of cash due to the absence of credits, this appears to be of no benefit to anyone other than Vendio.
Why not choose a straightforward method of calculation and credits?
The fees were announced without any prior email notices and are confusing to all the Vendio members.
The name change debacle was one thing. The establishment of image fees, may be warranted. However, the calculation of the fees are clearly beyond the comprehension of everyone, except the Vendio money counters.
The image hosting fee structure may seem a bit complicated at first. We wanted to continue to offer free image hosting to customers who use Sales Manager and Stores.
We made the announcement 2 weeks before the change was coming, as well as sent an email so that everyone would be aware.
