I was charged the both the image fee AND the sales manager fee. I thought one offset the other.

1. Estimate your average monthly fees for Sales Manager, Tickets Manager and Vendio Stores combined.
2. Find the Image Hosting plan that would cover your current image storage.
3. Compare the two numbers. You will pay the HIGHER of the two, NOT BOTH added together
Thanks

Yes, I agree with the above poster. I was charged both fees and then my account LOOKS as though a credit was applied, but it was only a partial credit. Please check my account and explain what I'm missing about the above explanation. Thanks.

Hello,

The reason your bill appears larger this billing cycle is because Image Hosting is a prepaid amount, just like our other subscriptions. The credit for Sales Manager fees are applied at the end of your billing cycle. It is really a matter of timing - your first bill appears larger because of the time difference between the charge and the credit (which will appear at the end of your next billing cycle.)

The reason why the credit is applied at the end is because at that point we will have a total for all your Sales Manager subscription fees, listing fees and final value fees so we can apply them towards the Image Hosting amount.

After this first billing cycle, as long as your fees stay above the monthly minimum Image Hosting fee, you should see your bills go back to the amounts similar to what they were previously.

Please let us know if you have any other questions about this.

Regards,

Sonya

So, bascially you overcharged us this time but won't in the future? This makes no sense. My fees are usually around $50.
This time it was over $100 (which included the $50 and the new image hosting fee $45.99..or whatever). And, it did not APPEAR higher, it was higher and you took the money.

Where exactly will I get that back? Are you saying I have a credit balance or will I just be paying $50 extra forever?

This is causing me to rethink staying with Vendio. Please explain again a little clearer. Especially since it completely violates the image hosting information that I posted in my first email.

MY QUESTION: Why was I charged twice when it clearly states that if your total bill is greater than image hosting then you will not be charged extra?

From your website:
Also, large sellers spending $49.95 or more each month for Sales Manager or Vendio Stores will see no net change in their pricing.

And yet, we did.
