I am running several fixed price/dutch auctions and I want to offer a shipping discount such that shipping for the first item is $5.99, and additional items are $3.99. Thus, I've set up my auctions to list shipping as $5.99 and I've set my shipping discount option in Vendio to be $2.00 off each additional item; however, it appears that when someone buys multiple items from the same fixed price/dutch auction that their discounts are not being applied. The discounts are being applied if a user buys items from different auction listings; however, if a user buys 2 or more items from the same fixed price/dutch auction, no discount is applied and shipping remains $5.99 per item (the checkout system doesn't seem to distinguish quantities purchased from a single auction listing as being eligble for shipping discounts). How do I fix this so shipping discounts will be applied to additional fixed price/dutch items (making them $3.99)?

I've checked, and the system appears to be working fine with dutch auctions; however, for eBay fixed price auctions it's still not applying a discount when buyers purchase multiple items. An example would be auction #8138154912, a fixed price listing from which a few buyers have purchased multiple items; however, when the final checkout page is reached, they are still being charged the full shipping price for each item (no discount is being applied). As I said before, this problem doesn't seem to affect dutch auctions -- the shipping discounts are applied without any problems w/ dutch auctions, but with fixed price listings it just doesn't apply the shipping discount. Please let me know if this problem can be corrected for fixed price listings.
Since the fixed price listing is technically displayed as one item the shipping discount can't be applied. We have forwarded your feedback on to Product Development -- unfortunately the only other option you have is to edit the WBN for that item and change the shipping to what your discount would be.
