Well, I did as Customer Service Rep said and emailed request to unsubscribe....no response as of now, so I tried again to follow the steps online, and it still keeps looping....
I'm pretty pissed and better not be charged a cent for 10/12 to 11/12....bad enough that I got charged for 9/30 to 10/12, since I did NOT get any email notifying me of the change in policy...

Hi there,
I have just tested the exit survey page it works fine. Are you clicking the "Confirm Plan Change" button? If you're clicking the other one labeled "Cancel Plan Change", that will cancel your discontinue process and create that looping that you are experiencing.
