When I have Vendio send feedback either as an individual sale or a combined sale, the feedback is not registering at Ebay. Yesterday I happened to check ourstanding sales at Ebay under "Leave feedback for members" and saw 10-15 'sales' that did not show as having feedback from my earlier request via Vendio. There were several days between this exercize.

Please provide us with the item numbers, and let us know how you left your feedback -- if you did it through the fulfillment checklist or through Post Sale.

I am thinking this was the area I was in that caused the problem of no feedbacks being sent to Ebay:
In "Fulfillment" I have used the "Combine" feature, but never have checked off the various choices given, i.e. "Send Feedback".

I did this to maybe 10-15 sales. I do believe these are the ones that , in reality, did not get their feedback. Sorry, no accurate record to show you as they are mixed in w/ other sales now.

But "Go" with that as that is the the only thing I have dome different in many years of using this service.

In the meantime I am going to do the same for some others that come about and the trace up their actual feedback a few days later..

Hello,
Glad to see I'm not the only one having this problem, sorry bragassa. Anyway, I provided the item numbers below for the transactions I left feedback for that aren't showing up at eBay. I Post Sale Summary page to send the feedback. They were not all sent at the same time or even on the same day. After submitting the feedback, the corresponding box (#7 Feedback Sent) does change to dark blue, but the feedback never make it to the recipient. The last feedback that I posted in the same way that actually was successful was sent Oct-12-04 15:05 for item #:5922293904. I have also tried sending feedback for the item numbers below directly at eBay, but am unable to do so, since it acts as though feedback has already been posted, when in fact it hasn't.

Hello, find below quick answers for your questions.

Bragassa:
While combining items in an order, seller may check any PSM step for the order. Notice that checking step 7 does not mean that the feedback is sent for the items! While combining items, the checkbox is called Feedback Sent, meaning that feedback was already sent before combining! eBay feedback rules say that the feedback you send for a customer of yours is counted only once, so if you combine several items and you already sent feedback for one of them you may check the box.

I have checked the item you provided. It turns out that for all of them (except the first one), feedback was sent 10-13-04 around 4PM. We will have a closer look at the item for which feedback was not sent.

Must be in the fine print somewhere. I just assumed that when you check the box re: feedback that you are initiating that order...

This follows true to a test I ran:

Combined and initiated feedback etc. and checked throughout the day 3-4 times. It never shows the feedback as sent.

...And I was so proud of myself (...and Vendio) for finding a way to save some footsteps...

Seems like it would save some first-time confusion if none of those commands were listed. For all evident purposes, they do...nothing.

Thanks for your fast reply.

I just went to double check if the feedback had been posted correctly. Was glad to see that for the ones I checked, it did show up when I looked at each individual user that I had sent feedback to, but when I clicked my "Left for Others" tab that normally shows my "sent" feedback, they were not listed. I have another feedback to post. I'll give it a shot and see what happens. The item number is 6121442597. Will send it right now.

The feedback for item #6121442597 at eBay made it through to the buyer, but my "Left for others" page does not update to show who has received feedback from me. The next time I post feedback, I'll do it directly on eBay to see if that works. Your help is much appreciated.

since feedback was sent on your behalf via API, it is possible that the "Left for others" page does update after some time.

In the past the "Left for Others" page updated fairly quickly. Currently, it has been over two days since I posted some of the feedback and it still hasn't showed up on the "Left for Others" page. I tried to leave feedback directly at eBay to see if that worked, but while the feedback is received by the buyer, it still is not updating on the page. I emailed eBay also regarding the issue, but have not heard back from them yet.
