Hi,
I have a ebay store and all my listing are good til cancel. I have had alot of these listing running for a year now. Just when do you bill the FVF on these sales? I closed some listing the last few months and I am being billed the final value fees on all the sales of that listing. For example, I listed an item 4 months ago with a quantity of 10 in that listing, I had 4 sales over that 4 month period. I closed the listing and you are now billing me the FVF on these 4 sales. Shouldn't I have been billed the FVF's in the month that the sales were made? Am I being bill FVF 2 times? Also, on ebay store GTC listings are the image hosting fees billed every month....at 10 cents an image instead of the 5 cents that I would be charged if I would relist every month from Vendio? Here's another question, since I have so many MB of storage space just how long does it last? I pay the 1 monthly fee and then no other image charges? I don't understand because I see "image hosting fee" all over my statement? I need answers because the fees are killing me!

Hello,

Regarding the FVF on the good til cancelled items -- I am not sure on this so I'll have to check on that for you.

I checked your statement and it looks like you are doing a mixture of listing on Vendio, and relisting on eBay -- am I correct? Regardless, the Image hosting plan you are on is less than your Sales Manager fees so you won't be charged for Image hosting. You'll get a credit at the end of the billing cycle that offsets the pre-paid charge for it.

Is there a reason you are relisting on eBay so much? I think we can help you lower your fees.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi Sonya,
Yes, I relist on ebay the "not sold" items so if it sells the 2nd time I get a refund on the relisting fees from ebay. I thought once I was told from V that when I relist I didn't get the credit, I had to do it from "my ebay". Basically the only thing I use SMP for is to create my auction or store items. Is there a way to relist on Vendio a 2nd time, and then after selling get the relisting refund from ebay? Please review my account and tell me how I can reduce my fees. Between V, ebay and paypal it's fees, fees, fees, and they are eating up my profits. Thanks
