Vendio stated on another thread that "Image Hosting is a prepaid amount" and "credit for Sales Manager fees are applied at the end of your billing cycle."
Does this mean you will re-credit the amount I was over charged this month for image hosting to my credit card?

From vendio's email:
"...This charge will not be credited back to your card, however, if you close your account and there is a remaining credit balance, we will then issue a refund back to your credit card (only if all fees have applied)...."
Just remember, if people don't use their credit with in the time set by the state of California, Vendio has to turn over any unused funds to the state's unclaimed property department.
