i still dont get it

10/6 statement

i am on the pay as you go plan- i normally have bills around $70 per month

i list about 400+ auctions monthly and have listing and fvf's

the bill had:

stores bronze plan $ 4.95
image hosting $ 9.95 (the second tier)

image hosting credit $ 1.99

why was the credit only $ 1.99 ?

my total bill was higher than ever $99.46 ??????????

Hello,

The credit was for the prorated fee for your image hosting plan, which was charged earlier in the month. All our plans are billed for the month going forward so your credit for Ihost will show up at the end of that billing cycle.

Sonya

I understand that the fees are prorated. However, I worked very hard to lower my MB storage to below 5 MBs before you raised the fees. I see that I am listed at the 55 MB plan. Why? I haven't gone over 5 MBs since the new plan went into effect. What's going on?

Hello,

I see that your image storage is under 5MB. When did you delete your images? Did you empty the recycle bin right away?

Thanks for the quick reply. I did empty the recycle bin, which is how it got down below 5 MB. I was careful to do all this before the new fees went into effect, so I still don't understand why I'm being charged the 55 MB rate. Anything you can do?
Thanks.

Hello bobbmart,

Note that even if you delete images and empty the recycle bin, you need to go to My Account -> My Service Plans and adjust your plan. This is not done automatically unless you upload beyond your storage capacity on the current plan. Once your storage is adjusted downward, adjust your payment plan and the new plan will be applied in the next billing cycle.

Thanks,

Diana

Hi Stacyp,

You are presently on the 55MB plan for images, which is $9.95 per month. If your Sales Manager and Store fees exceed $9.95 per month then you will be credited the $9.95 at the end of your billing cycle. I checked your account and your fees exceed $9.95 so you won't really see a change in price when you get your bill from us.

Let me know if you need more help with this.

Regards,

Sonya

1. by saying "sales mgr" you mean all the fees i pay to list an auction and the final value fees of 1% correct

since my bill is always around $70 or so which is more than the $ 9.95 image plan fee- i would not be charged for the image plan

is that correct?

2. and one last question, i take a few weeks off in the summer from listing- mid july to mid sept - and have no listing or final fees- how will that effect my pricing (but i do have images in storage all the time )

thanks for clarifying both points above
