Someone from Vendio please take a look at the item in my account with the SKU neopets1. I have created this item so many different ways it is not even funny and all I know is there is something wrong with it. No clue what is wrong though as SMIE does not tell me.
Looking at my account you can see I have created quite a few items with SMIE so far, and they are all launching with success, so I am not sure what the problem is with this one. It is quite frustrating. I have deleted the item several times, started fresh, even copied a successful item and pasted in the right info...NOTHING WORKS! The little gold hammer will just not light up and I really would like to get this item listed!

Hi, Sean --
It looks like the problem is due to your title being over eBay's 55 character limit:
NEOPETS TCG RETURN OF DR. SLOTH BOOSTER BOX FACTORY SEALED is 58 characters with spaces. If you edit the item's Title in the "Site Specifics" tab of the bulk editor to eliminate 3 characters, the little gold hammer should light up, and you should be able to launch the item without a problem.
Sorry for the frustration - it looks like the title length error checker is not notifying properly, and we'll get a fix out for this as soon as possible.
Please let me know if there is any additional information I can provide -- thanks --

Hadn't even thought about the title. Ok, trimmed it down and it is still not lighting up the hammer. (I trimmed an entire word out, so it is under 55 for sure) Any other ideas?

Hi, Sean --
Yes, you trimmed down the title in the "Inventory" tab of the Bulk Edit page, but, since this is an item being edited, you also need to trim it down in the "Site Specifics" tab of the Bulk Edit page.
Specifically:
1) Click on the item to bring it up in the Bulk Editor.
2) Click on the tab that says "Site Specifics". Make sure to edit the title as it appears here, too, since this is the title as it will appear on eBay.
Note that by default, when an item is newly created or edited for the first time, the values on this "Site Specifics" tab are automatically pre-filled by the values you define on the "Inventory" tab. However, once you edit and save the item, that automatic linkage is disabled, so you must make your edits in this tab explicitly.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions - thanks --

Christina - I had no idea about the editing on the site specifics tab. I edited there and that did it. Thanks for the tip! Item is now launched.
