I think it should be obvious to the "powers that be" at Vendio that we just don't understand their new pricing plan for image hosting. Your advertising still boasts about free image hosting and that needs to be clarified. I just got my bill and it is $30.00 higher than last month. Vendio, please help me understand this in words an ordinary person can understand - not in certifiable (and I meant certifiable not certified) accountant speak. The payment information is incomprehensible. I have the pay as you go plan and need to know if there is a better way for me to operate - I list 30 - 40 items a week. As it is, Vendio fees are eating up too much of my profit and as much as I enjoy using the service I may be forced to look elsewhere. I do NOT need permanent storage, inventory, customer manager or any of the other bells and whistles you have added. Please look at my account and try to clarify this for me.

Hello jtomp,
The image hosting plan is pre-paid, which is why your bill this month is higher than normal. Next billing cycle your Sales Manager fees will work to offset the image hosting fee. For most Sales Manager users, image hosting will still be free after the Sales Manager usage credit is applied. Of course, this assumes that your image hosting usage is in line with your listing volume. If you delete unnecessary or unused images, you can shift to a lower priced image hosting plan.

Okay, I don't understand either, even with the explanation. If I have Sales Manager 16.95 a month, why would I need Image hosting for 9.95 a month and still get charged per image. My fees are too high this month also.

And if I may chime in...what do you mean "pre-paid"??? Why? What an absurd policy, especially with those of us who've been with Vendio for several years. Is this how you treat loyalty?
What you're now telling us is we now have to add to our monthly tasks a cat & mouse game with Vendio (prior to each billing cycle)to delete images through it's time-eating & cumbersome image deleting process?

I was billed over 20 more this month than last month for no new services. It is not worth it any longer. This is highway robbery.

I still don't get it and I think the explanation of charges is way off base. Why should we pay in advance for services which could vary wildly from month to month. Also, we are paying more and having to do more time consuming work - I have spent a LOT of time going through my images and deleting - I am severely disappointed with Vendio and think their new policy and explanation sucks!
