In order to stop some of the spam I am receiving, I have changed my email address. My WBN's are still going out under the old email address. When I go to change my primary email address in my Vendio profile, it tells me that my new email address is already registered to someone. That SOMEONE is me.
I still have the old email address active, but, would like my WBN's to go out from the new email address.
The error you are getting means you have another account (or had a previous account) registered to that email address. You can only have one email address per Vendio account. If you don't feel comfortable posting that email address here, email me at [email protected] and let me know what it is, so I can locate the other account for you and get it fixed so you've got the right email address on this account.
