I use the invisible counter in my listings, but I watch the number of hits on my Sales Manager page. I only show one item as having any hits, yet another has a bid already, and I have looked at them all myself, both from home and from another computer. Anyone else?
Have you refreshed your Sales Manager page? The Refresh button is up at the top, on the same line as the DHL ad. It's way over on the right so you might need to scroll to find it.

Yes, dozens of times, and viewed it from two different computers. Even logged off and back on, still no hits except for that one item.
I have checked your listings and I believe that an HTML error is what is causing the counter not to count properly. If you take a look at the auctions the template appears to cut off so you may want to review how you add in your images and your text and so forth before you list new items, to ensure everything functions properly.

I listed exactly as I always have. The only thing different is that I upgraded to the current version of SMPro. Could that have anything to do with it? I copy and paste the same text into every listing, including the current ones.
I just went and looked at my listings again, did you notice that white bar on the right edge of my template? How did that happen?

I copied one of your listings to pending -- if you take a look at it, and view the item description, there is some code at the bottom that appears to be unfinished. This is most likely what is causing the problem. Do you know what that code was supposed to be? It looks like broken Java code -- a scroller perhaps.
