Please help! I can't save changes to my pending auctions. But ~ doesn't happen all the time! Have tried: Emptying caches, temp files & history, changing cookies, disabling firewall, turning computer off then on, etc. etc. Same problem. Any other suggestions?
When you try to save changes, what happens? Please check my other post to your other thread -- I'd like to know what browser you are using, and what version it is.

Am using Internet Explorer 6.0. Have cleared caches, history, cookies, etc. etc. and have internet temp files set to the maximum space allowed. I can
preview a couple times & save within that short time-frame, and then, zilch!

It's QUITTING. Just now, I tried to save another pending auction and nothing would happen. It just "sat" there frozen. So just now, with the same "frozen" browser, I clicked on "Community" and everything loaded up just fine. (If you've seen auctions appearing it's because I've been doing a kind of "work-around" by saving within the first 2 edits, logging out and then logging back on.)

PS Now, leaving Community, I tried to "Jump to: "Control Panel" and it wouldn't "go" there, but I can jump to any other page on that menu! Guess it's time log off & on again.
Do you have an alternate browser you can try? This will help narrow down the problem. Please also let us know if you have changed anything about your system recently -- added new virus protection software, new firewall, new ISP, etc.
We are sorry to hear this problem keeps on happening, hopefully we will be able to assist you in resolving it soon.

Just got this message:
"Action canceled
Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable."

...And as before, I was able to enter "Community" with no problems. I have a new Norton System Works and a new Norton Firewall, which has been configured to accept ALL Vendio except pop-up Ads. But the problem is the same even when they're both disabled.

When I am loading to preview my editing, am I vulnerable to a hacker "attack?" so that my Firewall goes into action anyway? Or is that process "secure?"

I will install Netscape Navigator and see what happens there. Wish me luck!!
