This morning I'm getting a whole bunch of payments from paypal that do not contain the normal information I ususally get - item number, address, confirmed/unconfirmed, etc. They just basically have the amount and item name. They mention something like paypal shopping cart. Anyway, these people have all gone thru the Vendio check-out. Do you know why the info is not transferring or why something is different? Please look into this.

This has happened to me since yesterday. . . I have been having to email buyers asking them for an address. . . then I have to input it myself, Uhgggg. Is there anything know about why this is happening???

All the info is available at Paypal, so it seems that there is an issue with getting that info from Paypal. Anything happening in regards to correcting it??? I was unable to find anything on the Paypal site.

I don't know why it's happening, but you can get their address at the paypal website. They look normal there. I have to pop back and forth now while it's down. Hope it gets back to normal soon!!
