Is there a problem with the Vendio site today? I am trying to do listings but the page turns are taking forever. I have high speed cable internet and the ebay site is working/page turning fine......is anyone else having this problem today? I can't seem to make any headway with just having to sit and wait for a page to change or the spell checker to run.

I am having the problem too - cleared my cache so don't suggest that. I am trying to crank out relists in fixed price formats which is VERY laborious since each item has to edited and it take forever for each item to load and the "Fixed Price" format box check to work and then when I "save" it takes forever for the "relist" page to load! I also notice that it took forever for my image to load on one of my items (didnt look at any others) through ebay using broadband connection....what's wrong vendio??Get it fixed fast please!!!

I can't get the relist page to come up, go to post sale, click on the ones I want to relist, and then get a blank page. Also have cleared cache.
time is money here.

Wow! I thought it was just me, when I couldn't get a saved listing out of "pending" last night, and today it finally came after about 15 seconds of blank screen.
Today's listing and loading was even slower; but I figured they would show up if I sat there long enough.; which I did, for almost 30 seconds for one of them!

The first thing I ever do now is "clear the cache", so I don't think it's that as it didn't make any difference.

We don't show any internal system issues at this time. Since several of you are noticing site slowness this could be general Internet connectivity issues [e.g., some network segment beyond us that is in common with the folks seeing issues is in trouble].

Traceroute tools can help isolate the issue when this happens [a decent windows version is called winmtr]. Basically you run this tool on a local desktop and have it test to www.vendio.com [or any other website you are having trouble reliably connecting to] -- and it will show the network hops between you and the target.

Often times excessive packet loss can be seen one one of either of the 'last hops' -- or sometimes network congestion shows excessive packet loss in the middle of the route between you and the target.

Note: some folks may not get any useful route information when they run this tool. This is because their ISPs or firewalls will wind up blocking the network requests needed to run this diagnostic.

If any of you want to try running these diagnostics when you see issues, let us know the results of your tests.

The Vendio site IS slow today.
I have tried the usual- emptying cache, deleting files etc, but Vendio is the only site this afternoon that is slow.

Vendio is very slow. Pictures are loading slow to Ebay. I run high speed. It is not my computer or the connection, no problem there at all. Vendio is where the problem is right now.

It is definitely possible that us or our ISP are part of the problem, but from the monitoring we have internally, we don't detect anything wrong.

Has anyone attempted to run winmtr? Also note which isp you are using -- this could very well be an internet transit problem [common to the folks seeing the issues]

Also, here's another thing you might try using tools most likely already on your desktop. For most windows users they can run a large-packet 'ping' test. e.g. on windows XP [in a 'cmd' window]:

ping -t -f -l 1300 66.7.130.1

This test will continually send a ping test to us with a large no-fragment packet.

For example, last weekend, with the weather change here, my home DSL line started acting up [slow page loads only on pages with big files [like images]]. And small packets got through fairly well, but large packets didn't. A call to SBC eventually isolated the problem [noisy telephone line got worse in cold]...

Still SLOW today.
I have cable connection and all other sites are OK.
It seems to be only Vendio.
