Can you help me find "Item # 2280934086 / Large Celestite Showpiece"? This auction has just closed today, but shows up neither in the closed file nor in the active file. It is (was) an eBay store item.

Also I just noticed that my Vendio active auction file says I have 108 auctions, but my eBay store says that I have 110 items listed. Can you figure out what is up and what is missing?

Okay, I found the other two and brought them in. Not sure why they are not there since I never list through ebay. Anyway, can you find the closed one and import it into my closed file? Or can I do it the same way as for the other two? Or if we wait long enough I probably won't even need it...LOL
If the item is not showing in closed by now, you can try refreshing your Active list as that may trigger the item to move into closed. If that doesn't work, please use the Import/track link in Sales Manager and use Track to get the item into your account. Once it is there you will be able to use post sale on the item.

I didn't think we could import auctions once they were closed. Glad we can...made post sale a lot simpler.
