Images are still not showing up in none of our auctions. We are receiving complaint emails & phone calls from customers and we are "loosing $$$$" because of this outage. No one bids or buys an auction without an image.
My question to Vendio is... are we going to receive any compensations for this "MAJOR" interruption in service?

I'm usually a big defender of Vendio. I would be very understanding of a short outage. However, after 30 years in the IT industry, I don't understand how this can go on for this long. When I worked at banks, this would have gotten me fired.

And now I am getting emails from ebay saying:
Thank you for choosing to be part of eBay's Gallery! Unfortunately, your item
#7118806427
1929 Chevrolet Six Auto Ad Fred Mizen Art Couple
has not yet been added to the gallery.
The problem is:
The Web server where we looked for your image says that it can't find the image:

"
DOES THAT MEAN I HAVE TO GO BACK INTO EBAY, FIGURE WHICH OF MY 400 AUCTIONS DON'T HAVE IMAGES AND THEN ADD THEM MANUALLY????

Notice the complete lack of reply from the Vendio folks??? Of COURSE they won't even consider compensation for us ~ in spite of the fact this is causing all of us uncountable money...
Ugh, and at the height of the holiday buying season too...

Hi everybody,
As you can imagine, we have been focused more today on correcting the service issues and updating the general announcement than responding directly in this thread.
As we recently announced, the Image Hosting service has been restored to full functionality. We would like to thank you for your patience during this outage, and we apologize for any inconvenience to you.
We recognize we inconvenienced you during an especially bad time. We will be identifying affected items and handling compensation on an individual basis, since some sellers are using Image Hosting only vs. Sales Manager, and thankfully only a minority of accounts were affected.
Again, we apologize for today's service interruption. We will contact you individually early next week.
