Hey you guys?
Did you recently change something with the image server?? I am still using the same camara as I have for over nine months. Nothing has changed on my end. Last week my pictures looked great after they were uploaded. Now I (and obviously others) know notice they are fuzzy.. not clear .. and way distored looking once on ebay? I have cleared cashe.. cookies .. all that stuff (especially before launching auctions).. but today I get this email from one of my a good regular customers..(copy/paste below) questioning if I have gotton a new camara!!
Hi Deb, just wondering if you got a new camara????
Dan and I are both noticing a big differnce in the clarity of your ebay auction pictures, we can barely make out the book cover on auction #6939215589 for the old 1948 Readers Digest book.
Would you please email us a clearer photo, as we are really interested, but need to see it better. Thank you dear heart! Cathy
..... okay guys? What is going on and is there something I need to do to make my pix look as good as they use to? Deb
If you are an AOL user, and your images appear distorted when uploaded to our website, try clearing the cache and history in your browser. Next, go to your AOL "WWW" Preferences. You should see an option to "compress graphics". Disable this option, then close out of Preferences. Refresh your page, and your images should clear up.
I actually can view your images just fine -- the book cover doesn't appear to be fuzzy but you might want to try to re-take it with different lighting so the cover doesn't look so light.
