My settings have not changed, I have it checked to use the first picture but all that shows now is an arrow and the words 'go to larger picture'. I am surprised no one else has complained as I see other auctions with those words but no picture. I have emailed eBay many times and they say nothing has changed. I mean the small picture just to the left of the words 'starting bid'. Any help would be appreciated. I have used Vendio a lot of years and want to continue. Thank you.

No, no, no. That is NOT the reason, and I have just posted a similar compaint as a separate message. It has nothing to do with pictures timing out (I have a very fast system and cable modem). The small pix just ARE NOT there. What you get is a link to the larger pictures below (with the description). This drives me nuts. We had a thread running on this some time back, but it never was resolved. I really would like to know why this happens. Maybe a popup blocker here on my own computer? Marshall

I've looked over your eBay active items. All of them show your first image in the listing in the upper left part. It seems that there is a problem with your browser settings.

When this happened to me someone on this board suggested I clear my cache and then the pictures popped right up where they should be. It was my computer. Other people could see the pictures just fine.
