I want to require winning bidder to submit phone #. I ship via fedex ground and they require a phone number of the person that is receiving shipment. I don't see how to require a phone number in the checkout process

Hello,
While there is a field for the phone number, there are no options currently available to make this required. You could however edit your checkout page welcome message to include a note saying that it is required, via the My Account page, under the Post Sale Management link.
