I have been trying to list a painting with an opening price of 3,000 and a reserve much high than that. Each time I try to list the auction I get a red invalid field box. It does not explain why . Is their a ratio between opening bid and reserve? I have never had this problem, What is going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It would be nice it a web site business would offer 24 hr tech support instead of having to rely on the good efforts of other

Hello,
You should be able to enter in any number, provided it is higher than the starting bid. Try entering in your number without commas or periods (unless your reserve involves cents). If you continue to have trouble, please let us know the name of your painting so we can take a look at the error.
