I just opened an account at Vendio, but can't figure out how to start listing items! I've set up my preferences, uploaded some images, and I'm all ready to start creating and launching a whole bunch of eBay ads, but...
I CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHERE TO CLICK!!!! What's the secret to creating ads here at Vendio? It must be very well hidden, no matter what I click on, it's either not relevant, or is advertising and information on Vendio services..

Hello,
You have to pick a Sales Manager plan in order to begin listing. Right now you are signed up only for image hosting and customer manager (trial). If you click on Sales Manager, there is a Get Started button in orange to sign up for Sales Manager Merchandising Edition.
Once you sign up, you'll see some sub links in Sales Manager. One of them is Create Listing -- click on eBay in order to get started.
If you have any questions about this process please let us know.

Thanks Sonya. I actually saw that link "get started" but I figured that since I had already signed up, selected image hosting, uploaded images, enetered credit card info and set preferences I figured I was all set up and ready to go. It had appeared to me that I was automatically on the two week free trial upon signing up.
First, I want to thank you for your prompt reply, but you should really talk to the IA (information architecture) and content & development guys & gals. Quite honestly (and at the risk of sounding conceited) I'd like to say that I'm fairly computer literate, been selling on eBay for 4 years, and also am a web developer. That has got to be one of the most confusing sign up procedures I've ever seen. If it baffled me, I'm sure I'm not the only one, infact I almost quit and left. You can only imagine how many other people actually do that...
But on a positive note, looks like you have a good system otherwise. Fees look reasonable, I'm actually switching from another auction mangement service that was just getting too pricey. I like your pay-as-you-go plan, looks like the best one for me.

Sonya, I tried the knowledge base, but it was down for quite a while, while I was in need of help. But I see that it's working now. I think this forum looks like a good resource too. Thanks.

Welcome Powermedia
Go into EBay Outlook under Community and you will learn lots of things. A great group, very helpful and extra nice. A few that make Ebay life bearable with their quips, jokes and trivia.
