I am trying to do a new listing on ampro and when trying to save listing - message coming up "region not set" .

I have clicked on my state for this particular auction -but isn't there some way for it to remember it permanently so i dont have to do it each time - when doing 100's of auctions every step takes time...

i have gone to my ebay " site specifics " page on vendio and dont see where it can be done... under " location " only- i only see area for my city / state , country , zip code and Include item in distance-based searches (US and Canada only, requires valid ZIP Code)

Hi Stacyp,

In Pro, please check the eBay site information tab and make sure you've got anything selected/deselected to your liking under the Country area. Did you recently change settings?

i saw your announcement on your boards about ebay kicking back auctions launching re: zip codes- so i went to the ebay site specific page and saw that i didnot have a zip code at all - so i added mine and then saw box that i could check off so that i would be included in certain searches by area

when i click preferences in ampro brings me to the vendio page and i dont see there , as i stated before , where i can enter my " region" - it is new york - can you enter it for me since you know where to find that area that needs to be changed

Hello,

Please enter the Item Location settings in SM Pro's Default Profile (click Edit > Profile Manager in the SM Pro menu). They will then be copied to every new SM Pro listing.

where do i find : SM Pro's Default Profile ?
and is it on vendio web site or when i am in pro

For the Default Profile, please click Edit > Profile Manager in the SM Pro menu.
