Is a shipping calculator available in Vendio yet. Currently I have to revise an active eBay auction through eBay to add the eBay shipping calculator to my auction.

Hello,
We now have a shipping calculator available. You can enable it in My Account > Global Preferences. Scroll to the bottom to where it says Item Listing Options and you should see the checkbox for it as a sub selection for displaying Shipping and Handling. Please keep in mind that it only works if you have the option to display Shipping and Handling enabled, and if you have calculated shipping offered on your items.

Hi Sonya - Some of my auctions will not give the calculated shipping under priority mail.
in red it says Error. I am pretty sure I have set it up correctly. Please advise and the Merriest!

Hi neil35,
I've looked at your account, and you have quite a few pending listings. I didn't see one in error mode. Can you tell us which ones are affected, so we can take a look?

Actually the listing went off but I got an email from a prospective buyer and she tried to get an estimate but it came up error. I sold the item anyway so doesn't matter now, I guess. A few of the others also give an error message and they are active

Hmm - that's odd. Do you know offhand what listings are producing the error, so that we can test from here?
