My images won't upload even when I do everything Vendio support has told me. My Kodak progam and camera are not the problem nor do I have any problem locating the images. It's only when I try to get them uploaded to my listings that I have a problem. I have alot to list and REALLY need these to work efficiently.

Hi Marius!
Thanks for your response.
Yes, I get an error message stating the images are too big. I had this problem before and I was instructed to use the Vendio Xpress image publisher and that worked for a while. Now, when I upload through the XIP the images aren't in the folders or it will only upload a few. When I try the "browse and upload" and create new folders, of course the images are too big and they won't upload that way either.
This is really frustrating. I have alot of consignment items and need to get this cleard up.

Hi Sam712,
No I understand. XP uploader does 'shrink' the images to fit the 500K limit.
Maybe you should stick to XP uploader. Wasn't it messaged? We do have a new XP uploader, which can help you upload your images in the desired folder. Just go to the XP uploader page and download the latest version. If you encounter problems using it do not hesitate to contact us.
