I have not seen an option where I can be copied on email confirmations such as a payment confirmation, WBN, reminders, etc.

When these emails are sent to my customers, what email address is being used for the reply to?

I do not wish to pay for the customer manager.

I did see where you can set the option to be copied on the WBN's, but not the rest of the different emails.

Hello,

Only the WBN will send a carbon copy to you -- unfortunately none of the other notifications send carbon copies. I will log a request for this on your behalf.
