We really need the quantity total for each record on the csv export for shipping. Please please have this request implemented asap by your developers. The sku column are include but no quantity per sku! Doesn't make sense! Please help! We need the quantity value to process our own packing slip.

I know I am probably the only requesting the quantity to be on the csv export but what will it take or how much will it take to have my request filled?

Hello,
I have already forwarded it to the Product Manager who will be handling this so there isn't anything else you need to do at this point. Whenever you have a suggestion you would like to see implemented, you may email us or post it here so we can log it. As you know, we make our changes based on customer feedback so we value your opinions.
Regards,
Sonya

Hi, pilotmotorsports --
Thanks for this feedback on our Export Shipping functionality.
Just to clarify your suggestion, do you simply need an additional column of data in the Export Shipping CSV file, containing the quantity listed for each line item?
Until we have a clear understanding and take a closer look at this enhancement request and its impact relative to other projects, we won't be able to provide an accurate statement about timeframes or implementation estimates.
Thanks again for your input and insights so that we can continue to improve our products and services to better meet your needs.
Thanks,
Christina

Yes an additional column in the csv export shipping file that contains the quantity listed of each item. Exactly! We have a program that generates our own packing slip with barcode base on Vendio export shipping file. The only data it is missing is the quantity per item. This will streamline our shipping process.
Thanks!

And, just to clarify further -- the more accurate term is really "quantity sold", right?
For example, if you had a listing with 2 items (so "quantity listed" in this case would be 2), but only 1 of them sold, you'd want that column to say "1", not "2", correct? I presume that makes the most sense since we're talking about the items you're shipping.
Thanks again for your insights --

Please kindly let us know when this extra column will be implemented to the csv file. Do you have an estimate of work to be done or timeframe of completion? I ask kindly as I know how much work you guys have. Vendio has been very good to us for the past 2 years and would like to thank them for their wonderful staff and support.

Hello --
We managed to free up some resources to implement this enhancement, so you should be seeing "Quantity Sold" added as a column to the Export Shipping CSV file within the next week. We will post an announcement as soon as it is released for general use.
Thanks again for your feedback, clarifications and insights --

Thank you so much for include the extra column! Now we can print our own customize packing slip with barcode. Would it be too much to ask for the s/h and subtotal amounts be exporting as well?...
