If you charge me for Subscription $29.00 its already over the $19.95 image Subscription !!!! so why i have to pay it ?? what is this game and why i dont understand it , i have 2 accounts with you and if you kill me i dont understand this game you play !!!!!!!! am i the only one ???

and if this is the case i like to cancel the $29.00 Subscription and i pay as i go !!! please do not charge me the $29.95 Subscription !!!

Hello jefftal1,
The $19.95 charge is for image hosting, and the $29.95 charge is for Sales Manager. As your Sales Manager subscription fee exceeds the $19.95 image hosting fee, you received a credit in the amount of $19.95, which totally offsets the image hosting fee. In other words, you did not pay anything extra for image hosting. You were charged $29.95 for Sales Manager, according to the plan you are signed up under.

I'm confused about what is upsetting you about the invoice. You've been on the $29.95 Sales Manager plan for a while now, and this is most likely the right plan for your use (you will probably pay less each month under this plan than you would on the Pay As You Go plan. ) Nothing has changed recently aside from the image hosting plan, which is being credited back to you each pay period. Can you let us know in more detail what you see on this statement that differs from past statements?

Let see , the $29.95 was my plan and i have no problem with it at all , here is my problem you say that if i go over $19.95 i get the $19.95 back super !!!!!!
NOW HERE IS MY PROBLEM , BY YOU CHARGING ME THE $29.95 i already gone over the $19.95 !!!!!!! so 100% i get it back , now the BIG ONE IS COMMING WHY YOU CHARGE IT TO ME TO BEGIN WITH ??????? , this is my problem , i have 2 accounts with you so now it $40.00 every month back and forth i am a idiot i just dont get it Diana , give me a reason for it in MY CASE !!!! a true reason and i never be upset again , regards....jack.

He is right, you know. You charge your $19.95 in advance. However, you know that he is on the $29.95 plan and that you will give him the $19.95 back at the end of the month. But for 30 days you get to use his money. Not bad. You compare this to phone company charging a month in advance but that is apples to oranges.
For many of us you are absolutely aware when you charge us the image hosting fee that our fees will be well in excess of it and your will credit it back. Wierd.

The shame is that this service is the best (for me ) i use it for years since it was free and got use to it i give Vendio on my 2 account about $140.00 a month (well spend money in my opinion ) but the minute i find a similet plan even for more money i am out of here !!!! on count of the stupid image charges !!!! NOW I HAVE TO GO TO MY SECOND ACCOUNT (worldcovers1) AND CLEAN MY RECYCLE BIN SO I WONT GO OVER THE 135 , WHAT A JOKE !!!!!

Hi everybody,
Yes, the image hosting plan is a pre-paid plan, just like all of our other subscription based plans. We had to configure our billing system to apply the credit at the end of the billing cycle so that we could tally up all the Sales Manager charges during that billing cycle. This had to be done globally, due to different Sales Manager plan levels.
The Sales Manager credit is a way for us to continue to offer image hosting for little to no additional cost to Sales Manager users. If you use Sales Manager and your image hosting usage is in line with your sales volume, you should not see an increased cost.

It's not about the cost; it's about doing it at all when you KNOW you are just going to refund it.
And, we always are one month ahead so you have that same $19.95 (or in my case $49.95) rolling over for you. I would be interested in what happened to cashflow for VD by the time they implemented this plan.
There was an extra cost, that cost is refunded but then "re-charged".

very simple avarage of lets say $15.00 a month each X 100.000 members = $1.500.000.00
forever cash flow ,(more like $2 million)
also Vendio the first refund you never gave back you give it back and take it again right away , and give it back and take it again !!! i dont even think its legal , same with PAYPAL that you charge 5% !! this in California 100% not legal you just do what you wish to do and Diana you explaine nothing you explaine what they tell you to say , what about giving me intrest on the $20.00 (realy $40.00 on 2 accounts)??? its not your money !!!! i get crazy only to think of it !!! this is a deposit in order to take a deposit you MUST ASK FOR IT and if i say no you have the right to remove me from your service !!! what if you decide tomorrow that you need another $2.000.000.00 ??? you are not legal or moral .Your accounting practics is very similer to what we read in the newspapers this days , i bet you have this money under income.
