Haven't really used the "Count History" arrows in a long time but since sales are so hideously slow lately, thought I'd do some market research. I find almost all my auctions that ran 1/7 to 1/10 are completely wrong, with "0" being listed for the 1st 3 or 4 days! I thought that was perhaps due to a time cut off you have that stops keeping that data after a few days but when I checked some older auctions, like one that closed on 11/25, the counts are listed for the 1st few days, so that's not it.
Also, although the "Count History" arrow is next to combined multiple auctions, when you click on it, nothing happens other than the window opening up to show all the auctions combined therein.
Please advise on the Count History problems & also - When will this be functional for combined auctions?
Did you schedule these auctions for a future launch date? There is a current issue where the counter was counting scheduled days, so if this is true in your case, let me know so that I can escalate your comments.
I will log a suggestion regarding count history displaying the daily count for items combined into an order.
