My images disappeared again yesterday and I wasn't even able to access vendio.com for a while. Finally, everything went back up again. What is going on? I read on the EO board that the images were down again last night. I've noticed that bidding just halts on some evenings and now I will have to check all of my auctions to ensure that the images are there. Is this going to be an ongoing problem? I cannot have my auctions compromised in this manner. If the images aren't there, bidders won't bid. I'm losing money and wonder how many others are losing money as well due to this problem, and just don't realize that the images are disappearing and then reappearing at a later time.

Hi Diana,
About what time was this? We had an announcement up about some planned maintenance last night from 10pm - 12am so if it was during that time, that would be the reason why.

It happened about 12:40 pm EST. Also, if Vendio is doing maintenance, how come they can't do it in the wee hours of the morning? Scheduling maintenance at 10:00 pm PST means that you are doing maintenance during peak bidding times EST. I end my auctions at 9:00 pm EST. Now this explains why my bidding halted last night, too.

Oops ... I have my times mixed up. Yes, when I went to check my auctions at 12:40 pm EST yesterday, my images weren't there. When I went to log into Vendio, I couldn't bring up the page at all. Then not too long after, I checked again and everything was ok. It was rather strange because the gallery was there with my images, but none of the in the listings were there. I did check several listings all all were missing images. It was very odd.
