Hi Sonya, NOt sure if I was to add to my old post or start a new post with my problem. I have done what you suggested yesterday and still getting the same error about not being an eligible account. I have given up until I hear back from you. For now, back to selling to Canada instead of just the United States which is what is compliant with Immediate Payment Required. I have rebooted, cleaned out my cache... Any help you can give this frustrated idiot will be greatly appreciated. thanks diane
You can reply or start a new one -- it's better to reply to an existing post so we can keep everything in one thread. I'd be happy to work through this with you if you like. If you want to try it again, let me know which item in pending I can look at.

hi Sonya, Thanks again for helping this dummy. I did what you advised yesterday and changed my Global Preferences to include Paypal Checkout and Logo, thanks. However, still getting error 836. must have a eligible paypal account which i do have.It is a business account. I just tried to launch a pending auction knowing that it wouldn't successfully launch for you to look at. It is ARCTIC CAT VINTAGE SWEATER SHIRT LARGE or L. I removed the shipping to Canada and made sure I hade a flat shipping rate. It must be something that I'm just missing and any help you could give me will be greatly appreciated. thanks, diane
Is the email address entered as your PayPal email address in Vendio spelled correctly, and stored in PayPal? You have everything set up properly from our end. Would it be okay to copy that listing in pending and try launching the copy?

hi, Yes that would be great if you would try to list the error auction for me. I do have the right kind of paypal account.I had given up on help from vendio for now and have now been listing directly through Ebay. Using the same ebay account and the same paypal account that i have tried and tried on vendio. The active auctions i listed directly on ebay are:
7129830508,7129176715,7129833983,7129831695,7129829180,7129826320,7129832759.
I haven't had any problems listing immediate payment on direct ebay listings. I have also sold other items this weekend that i listed directly on ebay with the immediate payment.
If vendio would work like ebay I would start using it again, but at this point, using ebay for my hosting photos also as the glitch must be in my vendio account, not my paypal or ebay.
