Yes I'm finding both of these problems. Please fix your software, Vendio!

eBay Preview is not working on Vendio. Also Vendio keeps giving me errors on many of the items that are listed (through scheduling), telling me to check if they really got listed, or not.

Please fix the site, as it is extremely difficult and very annoying to try to list anything in this enviroment.

Thank you.
Aaron

I'll chime in, too -- having the same problems. Launches error out sporadically (because they're not getting verification from eBay) ... some have launched, some haven't.

Site is slow to access.

Also getting the preview unavailable message, but can sometimes get a preview if I hit back and try again.

Mostly, it's slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww and sporadic.

Hi Guys and Gals,

Sorry for the troubles. I've been getting a few reports about this over the past 24 hours. Looks like there's been some latency. However, auctions do seem to be moving into closed, just not quickly. One thing you can all try in the interim is refreshing your active listings pages....

Click the check-box next to the active listing that are showing "closed", then click the grey "Refresh" button at the top of the page (under the "Jump to" menu.) Wait approximately 5 minutes, then go back to your Sales Manager control panel. The sold listing might appear in your closed section and WBN start being sent out.

Please let me know if this helps. I've alerted our engineering staff about the problem.

Thank you!

Bob

I have had several Ebay store items close over the past few hours and none are being imported into Post Sale. Just an FYI

I had to relist seeral items due to error.

I had one item list, but is not being tracked by Vendio. I went to import, but only see an option to import all of my auctions.

How can I get Vendio to track the auction, so that when it ends I can relist it?

Hello everyone,
I just worked through several customer accounts that were reporting the same thing. Every thing was pointing towards a delay between the eBay and Vendio servers during communication.
We're sorry for the delays and thank you all for the patience today.
Note: selecting the items and hitting refresh will help force our severs to grab the information from eBay again. This will usually get the item updated correctly.
Best Regards,

DarinCS
