I just started using Turbo lister as an experiment and I the pictures I inserted from Vendio look horrible. They are "pixilated" (if that is a word)! LOL!
They look blurry and distorted. You can see the individual pixels. When I was playing around with the template I just created, I inserted pics from a free hosting site and they look fine. They are the same resolution and quality as the pics I uploaded from Vendio. Any ideas on how to fix this!?

Hello,
I checked some of your listings and the images in them looked great. Are you looking at something specific? Please provide us with the item numbers.

My listings through vendio are great! They do not look anything like the pics in turbo lister look? I am not sure there is a way to show you as the auctions are not listed on ebay yet. I don't want to list them until they look right.
I guess you can view them on the practice board page.

Hello,
This auction looks great -- sorry, I misread your original question. I am not familiar with Turbo Lister so I do not know if they have any image compression options within the program (sometimes this can alter how images look when you view them). Since you are only seeing this problem in Turbo Lister, you may want to try contacting their support team to see what they recommend. Please let us know if they blame us for this problem.
Regards,
Sonya

Sonya! I am sorry. I gave you the wrong practiceboard site. That auction does look good. Those are the pictures from photbucket. Here is the auction with the pictures from Vendio.

You can see the huge difference in quality!

Hello,
Thanks for the new link -- I see the issue now -- you are using the thumbs URL which is not the right URL to use. This is what you should use for your image URLs:
http://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/imageserver.x/00000000/lauralee19/abyluluhydrangeaflipflops002.jpg
If you go through your HTML there, you'll see that this is the URL you were using:
http://imagehost.vendio.com/preview/la/lauralee19/.thumbs/abyluluhydrangeaflipflops002.jpg
So if you just replace this part (http://imagehost.vendio.com/preview/la/lauralee19/.thumbs) with this part (http://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/imageserver.x/00000000) for all your images, you won't have this problem anymore.
If you have any problems with this, let me know.
Regards,
Sonya

Thank you so much!
Can you tell me how to get the correct URL for all of my images?

Actually I just figured that out myself! Now I have a different problem. One of the photos looked great and the other is saying image currently unavailable.
What does that mean and will that happen in my auction listings?

Hello,
Is this for that same listing you gave as an example, that had the thumbs preview URL? Or a different one? Please confirm, and let me know the name of the image as well.

Sonya

Sonya, the listings are active on ebay right now. Here is the auction number:
6739510765
I changed the URL to the correct one and the pics look fine now, but I am still getting the image unavailable message in one of the boxes.
