This is the first month that I have been back at Vendio since last June. I started my signing up for the $2.95 image hosting plan. As I used it, the extra charge of $2.00 was applied, and then the $5.00 was applied. Today I got a credit of $9.95 and then another charge of $9.95. I am just wondering if the new charge of $9.95 is for the next month?

Hi Sharon,
Yes, the $9.95 charge is for the month forward. You are charged each month at the end of your billing cycle for the month forward under whatever image hosting plan you were on in your last billing cycle. Simultaneously, you will receive the credit that will offset the image hosting fees for the prior billing cycle. A little confusing, but this was done so that we could continue to offer our Sales Manager customers image hosting for no additional charge.
