AWHILE BACK, I ASKED ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND DID NOT GET A FULL OR COMPREHENSIVE ANSWER DESPITE REPEATED ATTEMPTS AT REPHRASING MY QUESTION. SO LET'S TRY AGAIN!
I PRESET 3 PREFERENCES THRU 'MY EBAY' THAT SHOULD BLOCK CERTAIN BIDDERS BUT ONLY 2 OF THOSE BLOCKS HOLD WHEN I LAUNCH THRU VENDIO MAKING IT NECESSARY FOR ME TO REVISE EVERY LISTING.. THAT MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO SCHEDULE LAUNCHES UNLESS I CAN BE HERE TO BABYSIT THE PROCESS.
SINCE 2 OF THE PRESET BLOCKS CARRY INTO THE LAUNCH, WHY DOES THE 3RD ONE NOT? THE BLOCK THAT'S MOST IMPORTANT IS ALSO THE ONE MISSING.. IT ADDS A BANNER UNDER THE BID BOX THAT SAYS; 'PAYPAL ACCOUNT REQUIRED'
I NEED THIS PRESET TO BE SUPPORTED BY VENDIO.. WHY ISN'T IT???? WHEN WILL IT BE???

Hello,
Unfortunately eBay doesn't apply this specific block automatically to all items you list, rather make this an option you can enable or disable as needed on the SYI form. The preferences you have for this option in My eBay can pre-fill this option for you on the eBay SYI listing form, but they do not support this feature from outside of their own listing form, which is why third party listing services are unable to complete this step on your behalf.

HI CHRISTOPHER, APPRECIATE THE REPLY.. IT'S AT LEAST ONE THAT MAKES SENSE AND I CAN TAKE BACK TO EBAY AGAIN SINCE THEY SAID IT'S YOU.. PING...PONG...
AND MY CAPS KEY IS SET FINE FOR MY NEEDS. CAPS ARE CLEARER AND EASIER TO READ. TRY SMALL CAPS 1 AND l[L], ADD AGING EYES THAT WORK LONG HOURS AND THE ERRORS ADD UP WITH SMALL CAPS...
