We got an error on an item, but it did get listed on eBay. Vendio is unfortunately not tracking the item.

How can I get Vendio to track the item (please give me step by step). The one option I see is to import all my listing for tracking.

All my other listing are already being tracked. How do I get Vendio to track just it?

The auction is:

New ROBERTO CAVALLI Leather Stretchy Low Rise Jeans XS Item number: 5359642885

I need it tracked so I can relist when it has ended.

I have tracked this item for you, 5359642885. It now shows on page two of your active items.

You should be able to import auctions in your account by using the Track feature in Sales Manager. From the Control Panel page, click the "Track" link in the left navigation bar and enter the site and listing ID, then click the "Track" button.
