Is there any way to delete old custom templates we've made & stored? My list is getting pretty cluttered up & I'd like to dump the ones I'm not using any longer.

Hi there,
Yes, you can delete your old templates. To do this, go to My Account -> Custom Templates. Scroll down to the Saved Templates section. Highlight the template(s) you want to delete, and click the Delete button.

I just tried that and could not get them to delete. Just kept opening each one I highlighted in the little preview window next to it.

Hello windycityauctions,
What exactly happens when you click the Delete button? If nothing happens (the template preview is normal) please let us know what browser/version you're using. Also, check to make sure that if you are using a popup blocker you have included Vendio as a trusted site.

I have tried it both with the pop up blocker off and with it on with Vendio allowed and it will not work. I am using Internet Explorer V. 6. When I highlight the name of the template, it shows in the preview window and that it all. If I hit delete, nothing happens, if I right click on it nothing happens. I cannot highlight more than one template at a time either (using shift or ctrl).

Hi again - I am using IE 6 and the delete button is working for me here. The issue could be memory-related - I would recommend closing all other applications and restarting IE (try clearing the browser cache as well. ) Also, if you have a program like Norton security installed, try disabling that. Let us know if you continue to have trouble after trying these suggestions.
