I noticed Vendio Post Management changed the options in the "Shipment Status" emails. I had been able to insert the UPS tracking number automatically until you changed the emails I was sending out.

Now I have tried to connect to UPS to download the software and the link doesn't work. I log into my account and there is no information that I can find about linking UPS to Vendio.

Please direct me as to how to link my customers Shipment status to the UPS tracking number.

Hi there,

I have checked the post-sale fulfillment checklist, and I don't see that anything has changed. You would have had to enter the tracking number manually, and then check off step #5. The shipment notification email should still contain the Iship tracking number if you've completed these steps. Please let us know in more detail how you were able to get the tracking number to appear automatically before.
