How can I correct this? In the upper left corner of my auction there is not image, only the message "Please see my detailed item description before bidding". I want the image to be seen there. Is the correction, whatever it is, made in Vendio or Ebay? Thank you for your help.
To correct the default setting for this, please go to My Account > Site Specifics, eBay. At the bottom you can change your photo preview options. The best option is the one that uses your first image in your listing.
To correct it in active auctions you will have to edit each listing and put in the URL of the image you want appearing in photo preview. You can use this URL:
This URL can be used in any auction and can be altered to point to any image in your list simply by changing the image filename portion - just be sure that the filename *exactly* matches the filename on our site (case-sensitive.)
